We need a keyboard command key, (or a slider in the Options) to disable all the UI for screenshots. Or even a dedicated Screenshot mode, like many games have.
More pretty screenshots -> More people see/share them and get interested in the game.
Would be very much worth it, since this game has pretty environments and models.
Please consider adding this Developers.
I gotta try that, thank you.
Why is this completely undocumented?

SHIFT + F2 -> The UI is removed and you can rotate and zoom the camera around the character. Time is not stopped, so you will freeze to death, while you try to frame your shot, while the character wiggles around all the time.
It is not as good as a freecam with time stop, or a "screenshot mode", but at least you can work with this.
Developers please consider improving this in the future.
You can pause the game with ESCAPE and then toggle the UI with SHIFT + F2.
The game is then paused without the UI. But, you can not move the camera, so it is not super helpful. But you might be able to take a shot while fighting this way, which would be almost impossible otherwise. I have to test this more myself, tough.
Developers please consider improving this in the future.
Hello, thank you for the response.
I can not understate how important it is for the growth of a game to have easily accessible and workable screenshot solutions. It makes a huge difference, if you can just share a great screenshot to someone, and it tells a lot about the game (and the development team).
I know, it might seem like i am the only one here, but there are thousands of players on Steam who take Screenshots as a hobby. There are whole groups and communities that share their best images.
Your game is new and in development, so not many have discovered it yet. But be sure, as you develop the game, they will come, and they will want to take screenshots. So the better you can make that experience for them, the better the results will be for your game.
Edit: An example of a good screenshot solution, usable for everyone on all skill levels to get good results, would be the screenshot mode of Euro Truck Simulator 2 & American Truck Simulator. It is still limited in how much you can zoom out tough, a free-cam without limits is preferable. And No Man's Sky has a great Screenshot mode as well.

Anyways, about the sharing of screenshots, sure we can do that here, i just hope there will be more people then just me who take part. I am not really using Discord tough.

More tips for everyone:
- If you take a screenshot, turn off chromatic aberration, it is basically a blurry "stylistic" effect around the edges of the image, which can make sense while playing for the general mood of the game, but when you want to take a clean screenshot, you mostly don't want such interference.
- Also, you can turn up the graphics settings, and the grass view distance for taking a shot to get prettier results, and then turn it down again, so you can play with smoother gameplay.
