Fixed Growths mode?

Wondering if the devs had any intention to add a fixed growths mode in the future. As it stands, the random growths don't seem to impact the game significantly enough for me to interact with or make plans around it, so I'd personally just like the option to turn them off completely. I like the consistency that comes with fixed growths, and it feels more rewarding to know for certain that my success/failure was 100% due to my strategy rather than random level ups.

Yeah, I agree. And you can't see the growth of idle members, making things harder.
And it seems that reloading the same save file doesn't change the random seed for growth.

Yes, please. Not everyone likes RNG with permanent impact on the strength of your party, so making it optional seems fair. I may be in a small minority, but I find this sort of thing distracts me from enjoying the game.

The devs never responded to this, but I was under the impression that the growths were already fixed. Is that not the case?

Strongly agreed. I just reloaded a save file to redo a battle and got different stat growths, so it seems they are not fixed.

You end up in the same place though, since the stat "pity" system will catch up the stat growths. Which means you might be down a stat or two at any point, but once you hit max level, I don't think there's a difference.
