BUG: progress breaking glitch on Blizar Prime

There's a general bug where if you have hoverboats on toggle instead of hold, and have hoverboots activated when a cutscene begins, when the cutscene ends your hoverboots will still be activated and propel you before you even know what's going on.

On Blizar Prime when doing Chef Tulio's side mission, at the end of the 3rd and final wave a cutscene will begin. If your hoverboots are activated with them on toggle, then when the cutscene ends you will go right through the infobot and not pick it up, and the infobot does not respawn meaning it is lost forever. Fortunately I had a save immediately before. For this reason and any other potential ones I suggest you disable hoverboots toggle.

Also disable sprint toggle because that can cause problems in combat when you use the hoverboots.

yah... but ppl only watch this after it happen - like me... but god bless manual saves - I only lost about 1hour of progress, but now I know where to find everything so it will be about 20 min real gameplay

yeah f me, I just realized but I'm already way ahead and have no savegame in between. Pls fix this, should be fairly easy to link completion of the cookbot sidequest with obtaining the spybot.

Well I just completed that planet before realising that it won't respawn. That's a few hours down the drain. Good to know though, for sure.

Wow ai just completed the whole game and realized I have this bug. No way for me to fix it except by reverting my whole progress :/

... 98% of the way through the game, final fight awaits, all collectables found... and then this. I don't even care to finish the game or restart it at this point. it's taken the wind out of my sails.

It's been a year since the game came out, I doubt any more patches are on the way.

Unfortunately spoke with someone regarding an issue also on blizar where the screen will flash a lot due to a texture bug that could cause people to go into epileptic seizures.

and the tldr is, unfortunately unless the problem is completely stops progress, they likely won't be given resources to address it.

but there should be one final patch coming up for FSR3, possibly the devs might manage to sneak a few fixes in there, I'll try to give a heads up about this one, if there is an easy fix like "just force un-hover" on cutscene trigger.

No idea if it respawns in NG+.
