Please DEV correct this in interface

1) I want to see how many legion i can lead. This a +1 in all menu like artefacts, but +1 in comparaison to what ? it should be better to have a numeral thing like 1/2 (1 legion and 2 max) because it is not clear.

2) Too for the events ... it is not write in the interface that we can have maximum of 1 event in bank. so i picked new but it continue to delete my unused event.

Please correct this into the interface.

I don't think these are issues. Now click the button in the lower left corner and you will find the number showing your command limit. The in-game encyclopedia says you can only hold one event card, unless you have a specific skill or relic that allows you to hold more.
