It only has simultaneous turns, both single or multi-player.

The turn has predictable order. You plan it and then it gets executed.

Yes; simultaneous turns, resolved in player turn order. For example, if I plan a move a legion in my first Order slot, and another Archfiend plans to move to the same hex using their first Order slot as well, whoever is first in turn order will be successful and the other unit will be blocked (unless they're in Vendetta, in which case the legions will fight).
