Another big ol' patch! Should make early game and honestly just the whole progression a bit smoother!

- Forest bobos now can spawn with some level up progress per stat.
- e rank races give slightly more stat potential now.
- made E and D rank competitions just in general easier.
- added 4 new easier trial competitions
- no more enemy traits on grade E or D races.
- Bobos will now earn more stat potential for participating in competitions of at least their own rank.
- get more potential on first day in game. so for baby’s first steps.
- increased potential earned on losing a race or brawl.
- all player races made a little easier.
- made the on foot races on excursions rarer.
- cellphone no longer captures ui/icons.
- cellphone captures log again. was invisible before haha.
- lazy bobos now get locked in at neutral in brawl not defensive.
- Possible fix for letters not displaying correctly at 4k resolution.
- possible fix for constant up/down in menus with certain controllers.
- inverted the change to keyboard ui input. Now arrow keys move UI and WASD cannot. maybe fix to the proton issue.
- possible fix for new saves starting with new tutorial items.
- switch pro controller should now be able to enter and cancel ui with face buttons.
- Collider fix for top of cobs.

- fixed pathfinding bug on Vertical Paddle race.
- shifted all the Classic Sagas to the bottom of the list since they are technically the hardest ones to do.
- increased deadzone of controller stick for menu navigation even more.
- fixed issue i think for steam deck where backing out and going back in would pause the game but not allow you to resume.
- Can no longer control UI menus(besides cellphone) with arrow keys. Can still use WASD. This should possibly fix a proton input issue.
- can now rebind boat controls properly. will probably need to reset the ones you set before to make it work.
- i pushed a cloud photo save thing. hopefully that works… Let me know! Steam should be pushing the photos from cellphone now over cloud.
- selling any item in sell bin will now get rid of the pickup letter mission.
- made tutorial letter spawn a little higher lol.
- tweaked some dialogue.
- undocumented trait description shortened.
- bongos camp image fixed.
- Added a “Wheelyz Toggle Mode” accessibility feature.
- increased global controller deadzone to .2 from .125
- added in a weird input device filter so things like wacom tablets or joysticks can’t be used to detect input.
- increased starting money to 160.
- fixed cherry leaves alpha clip being too low.
- fixed parfait getting stuck on saturday market day near sign.
