I mean, if it was a contest between these two it would have been fair, both hi-fi rush and Pizza Tower have incredible soundtrack. TLOU is a remastered game from the 'ol PS3, it shouldn't be here in the first place.

They also released Dwarf Fortress on Steam, and I love that soundtrack lol.
