I am assuming that you have cleared the NG++ true ending too, considering you are following guides and they have hidden parts all the way into the penultimate NG++ level.
It's kind of disappointing. I was really thinking about 100%ing this one.
A lot of faux oldschool gamers who think only inconvenience is oldschool might miss it. But I sure don't miss parts or performance being locked between maximum rank/cheevo hunting. Even as funny as it was for my casual ass to share schematics with players, only for them to not have the tuning points to load them right.
(at worst sell everything then rebuy everything)
i swear I cleaned out the store. The "buy" button was grayed out and everything. But today I logged on to sell and buy as Chauve-souris suggested, and when I sold and bought the weapon... there were other things in the shop to buy all of the sudden?
I think what might have happened was I bought out the shop, then polished off the hidden parts and log hunts. Then the opposite arm/shoulder of those new weapons appeared in the shop and I just never even thought to check the shop for new additions after cleaning it.
Edit: got my achievement
