Soooo since AC6 has sold gangbusters, any chance of a PC port of AC4 and For Answer?

They'd likely sell way better now thanks to Fromsoft being a huge name in gaming now (AC4 predated Dark Souls 1 IIRC, and 4A was a sequel to that game). IMO they're some of the best games in the series, and really deserve another attempt at popularity. Replaying them in today's age is also much harder as PS3 and Xbox 360 backwards compatibility/emulation is still in the dark ages, so a remastered port would do wonders for people being able to enjoy them again.

Bonus points for getting the PC ports of 4 and 4A to work perfectly on the Steam Deck too. Would really blow Daemon X Machina outta the water, for portable mech action.

Although I would much prefer a port/remaster of AC 1-3 (along with the sub games like Master of Arena, Silent Line...etc) then AC 4 or 5 but thats just me.

It was the number 1 game on steam for multiple days. Its safe to say it sold well on steam. And generally any game that is multiplatform that sells well on one system sells well on others as well. Plus is a From soft game that got tons of great reviews, and hype. Of course it sold well.

It is the head in the UK as well, beating Zelda and Mario Kart.

In sincerity, I don't actually think 4th Gen is a dumpster game. I do think it is very different, though.

I felt at the time it was fine, but should've been sold under a different name, like Chromehounds was. The deep divide today between people that like the series and the people that just like Armored Core 4 seems to speak to the truth of that observation.
