When they actually have a release date & more details for the game. Not just the supposed release year. Any company in a legally decent country is legally binded to have a release date if they want to accept preorders.

It's not until they have a release day, month, year, and based on which time. US & EU laws enforces this for preorders.

As much as I love & highly likely preorder this too...don't let the hype overtake your logic, man. From would literally be in worldwide legal trouble if they ask for your money this minute.

Fully ready to throw cash at this game, but yeah. They can't really offer preorders until they have at least a general date set, more than just a year anyway.
