LED Color Issues and Setting Static Colors

When I put in 2 colors (off and on colors) for an LED and place it, if I change the palette and place another LED, the palette appears to change ALL LEDs on the board. How do I place LEDs of different colors? (I am trying to build an RGB display circuit).

To clarify, I want to do this with ONE wire per LED. Not having one LED and changing between 3 colors if possible.

Also suggestion, would be nice to have multiple layers so I could separate and sort such differences in components.

If you're curious, here's some non-working examples I have tried (keep in mind I really want to get this working with one wire each but trying to manual way for now).

Hi tagwolf, sorry for the delay! As described in the User Guide the LED palette applies to all LEDs in a project, but in the future there will be a more customizable and robust alternative for creating displays, leaving the LEDs for simpler use cases.
