I've tried everything...played through all three memories Demi, Haze, and Agatha, through Kitchen/Altar. Can't find a connected phone for Foxe on any floor. What am I missing?

I have used each of the memories on the altar but the same thing keeps happening, do I have to use them on other altars or what can I do to get these achievements and the additional dialogues that they would give me when I got all the memories

Noxe is in the ICU and I need to find Agatha, I've dont everything I can but I don't find any way to progress, when I go to the altar of the ICU and enter Haze's memory, at some point you're talking to Agatha next to the elevator and she tells you to meet her at the 7th floor, but as soon as I call the elevator the memory ends and I'm back at the altar, feels off, can someone confirm me if I'm bugged or something?...

Managed to get to the search for a phone and went through Halloway's memory card, but couldn't figure out what to do next as nothing seemed to change. Went back through Haze's memory just to try doing something else, but when I emerged, the power was off again; I couldn't interact with the generators but Haze's dialogue about checking the laundry room repeated. The Foxe scene then replayed, followed by the flashback to Halloway and Akai; when that dialogue ends, Halloway cannot be moved with keyboard or ga...

When I start this game on steam deck, chunks of the game are cut off the screen. For example, the fmod logo on startup is almost completely off the screen.
