Brahma Messenger Questline, where?

So I restarted the game after seeing where I've flubbed and missed 2 party members by misreading important text in cutscenes, currently coming up on Xugu Pass. Before I restarted, I successfully recruited Di Zou, w/e his name is (monk with the saber), and understand the process in how to do this. (It requires recruiting the bandit for +10 affinity, and fully exhausting the the area past Fancheng city for its side quest).

Is the Brahma Messenger quesline immediately after this?

Hi Dex! To answer your question,

You will need to complete Chengjia Fortress main quest, bring Cheng Yu back to wu dang , at the same time have Lü Xian'er in your team, go to Sweetspring Village to trigger the quest.
