Abbot
Qingxiao
Hong
Xuan Li / Qingxu / Qingfeng
Rest sect elders/Condor head/Marquis probably around same level
Please note that Jiang Xiaotong WITHOUT gold snake would drop off the list.
Di Zui is more of a speculation, because of his past Frosty Condor states he was the Ace of Liushan Sect until he went crazy, then stayed on Shaolin to repent and trained like a mad man with his new saber.. And everyone else in the game who encounters him literally feared him as the avatar of wrath.
Yan Weihuan mastered all the techniques of beggars sect and was slated to become the next master until he got hit with the setup.
Xun Yaoyao had no issues fighting most of the entire beggars' sect leadership with Yan Weihuan (and she didn't even flinch against the black & white twins).
i thought M*w*n father is the strongest
i haven't yet to complete the game
the character number 3
will i encountered it during main quest or side quest?
i havent completed the game yet
He's a side quest character and very easily missed due to his appearance being tied to Di Zui recruiting requirement and Frosty Condor's quest.
i havent done any side quest that involved Di Zui
Interestingly there's actually a random NPC in the Mirage Sea area who is basically a normal enemy but for some reason you are actually forced to duel him. He has 13000+ hp and has access to a unique sword skill. From my experience he is actually harder to fight than qing xiao.
Also I think that Hong Fei is above Qing Xiao, in the story not only is he capable of surviving a fight against Fu Longzi in a 1v1, MC also requires Yan Weihuan and Li Yuanxing to 3v1 him when he is holding back when learning Roaring Dragon and the Dog Hitter Staff. In game wise he has 2000+ attack which completely surpasses anyone other than Fu Longzi and Mo Wen. I would also make the argument that Di Zui is weaker than the Yin Wujin and Liu Xiong. The ace of Liushan could mean his arrest rate of guilty suspects is the highest and not in terms of Kung Fu. When you recruit him his overall level is Outstanding, weaker than the other two (though it might just be the way the game balanced)
Speaking of which, I actually wonder if Kama is weaker than the other two. We don't even know if he was tryharding in the fight against MC, and his Inner Kung Fu might actually be able to mimic their Feng Yun Jue
Also, I'm curious where you would rank the people from the south. Blue Peacock definitely seems stronger than Yan Weihuan and Xun Yaoyao.
Yeah, I stuck with the in-game story characters, not random map NPCs without a backstory... Otherwise whatever stats those companions are at wouldn't match their story/lore description.
The reason I put Qingxiao = Hong Fei is due to Qingxiao's own argument about why Wudang should take charge at the Gathering of Heroes (No one can match him in martial prowess and no one can match Qingxu's fame/reputation among the righteous sects). That and it has been suggested in the story that Qingxiao likely matched his predecessor (Yuhua - who was a peer of Hong Fei and Yuan Jue) or exceeded him in techniques and skills.
The reason he didn't become sect master was that he sucked at dealing with people with his hardheaded attitude compared to Qingxu.
As for Di Zui, I knocked on Liu Xiong because of the Leijia Village quest chain =(when Luo mentioned that Leng Wuqing would have been Liu Xiong's superior if not for his handicap) . And I dropped Yin Wujin for not knocking Liu Xiong down a peg at the Gathering of Heroes.
Granted, it does make me wonder how old these old men are because physically, normal people already peaked around 25-35.
Blue Peackcock is an interesting consideration, but probably around the same level as the sect masters mentioned at 8 (maybe >= Ouyang Heng as well). Since she did not fight alone and was praised for being a great leader rather than martial prowess.
To be fair I might be a bit biased against Wudang and Qingxiao personally. For all his big talk he never actually seemed to get anything done in the story. Rejects Qing Yu because his uncle (allegedly) cheated with his brother's wife birthing him. Qing Wande is known to be a chivalrous and generous man who helps to defend the borders, helping countless people and Qingxiao considers his son to be of poor origin because of one scandal potentially made up and set up by Wande's brother, Wanqing, when said brother is a threefold traitor, (The dynasty, Xuanhuo, Cult), goes to the brothel constantly and lies about his condition to make the cheating seem more plausible. then a kid completely wrecks him in the Gathering of Heroes (granted it was a sneaky move but still)
Hong Fei on the other hand never showed up to the gathering of heroes, so we don't know if he would have lost to Qingxiao. He does have numerous feats in story, and has access to a shard of Feng Yun Jue
As for Liu Xiong vs Leng Wuqing, Leng Wuqing cannot learn any movement abilities (a reflection of his condition)as he is crippled, which imo is a pretty big handicap, not to mention his long term fighting ability is also hinderedas seen when he heavily coughs after uses his final art, so full power Leng Wuqing could be far stronger than what we see now. As such I don't think it's fair to knock Liu Xiong and Yin Wujin a rank below because of that remark.
Just my two cents though.
