Some of you may have noticed that the first level generated by the game on startup is a forced death. This was due to a bug with the game's physics system, which has now been fixed.

Additionally, while the unlocked frame rate mode was intended as a positive change, it brought with it some faulty physics calculations which led to the game being unplayable. This has also been fixed. Essentially I just removed the option to unlock the frame rate. I plan to bring this back in the future but it won't be for a while.
