Who cares what that site says?! Seriously, jeez?!
I tell you: I didn't rush, I did most site quests (I saved some of that and the demon codex for NG+ since you normally play these games more than once and I was on LV 89 in the end).
I'd now say: It was faster because I already knew the base game but I looked it up on the Switch: It took me ~45hrs for the Creation Switch Base game as well. So I maybe even a little less than that because I knew the base system already but took some more time figuring out the (vastly) more interesting new bosses. The new region is about the size of the old one and they didn't really add any content (like another region) that stretches the length.
So if you're new to the series, know some tactical RPGs or even Persona games/SMT games and don't do absolutely everything on Normal, you should look at a playtime of around 50 hours total.
That being said: I don't know why you're so insistent to pad the games length?! If the game was more than 50hrs, I would have been immensly bored, the main campaign doesn't overstay its welcome in this game, it's exactly right in length. Persona games I often find ~10 hours too long for their own good.
