But we can take a look at vanilla SMTV for reference of what the average playerbase took to complete it:
https://howlongtobeat.com/game/53769
Average is about 67 hours, with completionist being 96 hours. So roughly 80 hours is a fairly decent guess and in-line with what the devs of the game kept promoting it to be.
I NEVER like to rush when playing my games, SPECIALLY RPGs. I like to take my time. Talk with all NPCs, backtrack just because I can, etc.
Hell, it took me 86 hours to beat Chrono Trigger! :p
My second was about 10 hours, just getting chest, Miman gathered, reopened chests to find which ones still give things not essence or Macca(One Tablet in the second Da'at area via a hidden rail near the leyline by the Fionn fight, one lavish demon box just before Arioch fight in Demon King Castle, and 2 with Vitality Balms in fourth area of Da'at, one just below the Nordic in a rail accessed area, and one of the four spheres in the pond had the other). I also did all the quests that reward balms that aren't Health/Stamina(That's Turbo Granny, the Relay Race, Raiding/Defending Tokyo, and the DLC quests).
My third was 5 hours, no chests, but doing the other things.
Fourth was the same.
All of this was Canon of Creation, starting the Canon of Vengeance later today.
