If you take her hand, you'll play the new route. So there's no wrong answer.

there is a wrong answer, specifcally if you know you will be doing mutiple routes and want to unlock and play godborn (hardest difficulty), if that is the case start creation (dont take hand) and go for the true ending. then second playtrough take her hand and defeat optional superboss this will unlock godborn.
so, if you start vegeance (take her hand) you ll need a minimum of 3 playtrough to unlock godborn, if you start creation you need at least 2 playtroughs to unlock it.
if you dont give a damn about difficulty and only plan to play the game once, start whichever, its the same.

If your only looking for one play-through - take the hand; otherwise, don't... there are reasons, but it all literally comes down to if you play 1 time, or multiple times.

Taking the hand or not has nothing to do with the difficulty of the game though.... It just decides which of the 2 story routes you get to play first...

I played first original route on switch, but I like all the changes so far with taking the hand. I'd recommend everybody do so.

so its doesnt matter what i will see first right? cuz i kinda like this girl and i wanna know more about her
