essence absent
I don't get how it work please someone help me!

You can get Essence of Demons by simply leveling them up, as there's a chance to get it on level from everyone. Aogami's versions (Type 1-10 and 0, as well as A, B, and C) are gotten from husks on the map, that are specially marked.

The only one I can't get from other things is Hare of Inaba, which gives his essence as one of his quest rewards, but I haven't been able to get as a demon, at least on Canon of Creation.

For demon essence farming from level ups, your chances of obtaining an essence is greatly increased during a full moon phase, so if you want to get a demon essence that is the best time to level them up.
