Art of Essences II
I cleared the Abscess in Onarimon but Art of Essences II is not unlocked, does it come from some other location?

I noticed the same thing. Maybe a Vengeance change?

Finally found it. They definitely reordered some of the Miracles being in what Abscess. Odd no one else has seemed to comment on this. Art of Essences II is now all the way in Shinagawa 2nd Konan Block Abscess.
