Missing demon from a sidequest that I can't find

I can't find Armaiti anywhere. I read somewhere that you need to get a sidequest from him to kill Mara, but I killed Mara AGES ago and I can't find Armaiti anywhere in the game period. I need him for fusing Mastema, who I need in order to fuse Satan. Its been really annoying.

before you get to the fairy village there's a demon you can talk to that mentions they're friends with anahita. put anahita in your party and chat with them. they discuss an annoying lady that shows up at the pond where you first met (and fought) anahita. return there to find armaiti. she gives a quest that sends you to tokyo. complete that and later she'll be along the path mara appeared (she's actually further up the path than him). she'll then give you the quest to kill him, whether he's already dead or not.

if you don't have anahita and don't know where to get her, there's a quest chain in the first zone that starts with a mermaid.

i already figured it out but thank you for answering anyway, i thought it was really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid that the anahita quest conflicts this much with getting satan but its all good

For those who will be looking for Armaiti in future: First you need complete Mermaid quests, then speak to Apsaras in the Fairy Village to unlock quest "Guide to the Lost". Later in the Shinjuku: Yoyogi you will find quest "Devotion to Order". In the end, Armaiti will become unlocked to fusion. Dunno if i need to mention this is exclusive to Canon of Vengeance

yo so i’m on my vengence route in new game plus and i did get the cutscene outside of fairy village, but armaiti is no where to be found, any help?

fairy village has nothing to do with it, you just have to do the mermaid's quests in the first area and then continue on with it and return to the place you fight anahita in
