40+ new demons
New hangout area to talk to your demons
New character (think Marie from P4)
New storyline (that's about 20ish hours long if you rush it and 40+ otherwise)
New raid-boss like enemies that glow red on the map
Humans actually help you in battle and stay for awhile
Guest Character mechanic (which lets famous and notable characters help you in battle)
New level cap
The way demons talk with you (with more conversations) was changed, so that they have variation in their dialogue, beg for mercy depending on your level or their personality? (somewhat mentioned that) and some other factors
Enemies will call for backup if they're overwhelmed or by other conditions
New traversal mechanic that lets you "ride the rails" to get to areas
That's just the stuff I remember anyway, they added quite a lot
I think It's worth it, maybe not at full price, but they definitely changed enough to make it a lot more enjoyable than the original
Thank you for taking the time with that detailed break down.
