It's technically worth it if you want every piece of content at a slight discount. If you're asking if the DLC is worth spending money on in the first place, then I don't know, I haven't gotten to it yet.

Deluxe (contains all of the above) = $69.99

Deluxe is a $78.94 value and is nearly $10 cheaper than getting everything a la cart. If you just want the DLCs and don't care for the mitamas, then the base game plus the two DLCs will technically save you two pennies over the deluxe edition.

you only have to buy base game + 2 subquests, mitama still spawn in-game with low chance so you don't need to buy mitama DLC

Honestly ? No it's not worth it except you wanna just be overpowered early on with the Mitamas but for that you could also get the super easy difficulty for free. And the 2 optional battles ? Idk i played through P4 / P5, Smt 3 and now 5 and i never felt like i'd miss something without them.
