DLC 2 = $4.99
Mitama 1 = $2.99
Mitama 2 = $2.99
Mitama 3 = $2.99
Deluxe (contains all of the above) = $69.99
Deluxe is a $78.94 value and is nearly $10 cheaper than getting everything a la cart. If you just want the DLCs and don't care for the mitamas, then the base game plus the two DLCs will technically save you two pennies over the deluxe edition.
The Mitama ones just affect the drop rate going by the description.
