Since it's UE, possabiolities of mods?

There is already some modding going on. Give it a couple of days and check the Mod hosting websites to see if anything else is posted.

Gamebanana already has some, mostly graphical. They say porting mods from switch, at least visual mods, is easy.

Must be new to PC gaming if you question whether a PC game can be modded.

There are quite a lot of mods for P3R, but not too many. There's already some mods on the SMTVV gamebanana page, though it's still early.
Though P5R had wayyyyy more mods than P3R, so I assume it's at least harder to make them for UE games than P5's engine, but don't quote me on that.
