US Region, no way to change to Japanese text?

Learning Japanese and I'd like a full Japanese (audio + text) experience to practice. Am I SOL for Japanese text on the Steam version unless I region change?

Had the same issue. The language options are available outside of the game when you right click the game in steam and select properties.
