Game stuck at 60fps regarless of settings

FPS is tuck at 60FPS regardless of the setting i select! I do have a dual monitor setup, but even after disabling one, going into settings on windows and ensuring it's at 120fps and then going into the games setting turning on 120fps toggle (with V-sync on and off) it'll stay at 60fps.

Any ideas?

edit: menus are locked in 60fps! game runs at the preferred FPS! :))

menus are locked to 60fps so make sure you're not testing the fps in a menu

thank you this was the issue. in menu it's locked to 60fps.

Digressing i would like to know one more thing do you get extra EXP on hard mode? thanks for replaying

i do not think you get any benefits at all on hard mode
