How I kill a mitama

I buy it the deluxe edition and I don't now how to defeat it

They are vurneable for single damage type - different each time. So guess or use spying glass.

Spying glass to see the weakness of one (killing multiple won't really be possible until later), then hit the weakness, later on you can bypass this by either using abilities that bypass resistances (this is more of a late game thing) or pierce, the usual strategy way later is just to use almighty damage, they still resist it but it does damage regardless.

if youre on normal grab a Preta and level it up until it learns life drain then set it in slot 2 and then start a battle with a mitama and use the infinite Gleam granade, life drain, pass, pass, gleam granade, life drain and that should be enough to kill one

Play without them, you will get to much exp from them. Play the game "normal" to learn the game at first!

If you ever feel like farming them, setting the game on safety difficulty while you are farming them lets most sources of "almighty" type damage (which they are never immune to) one hit them. Even the gleam grenade. That is, if you arent on hard mode where you cant switch back.

Buy spyglasses at the first possible opportunity and some element stones. That way it’s very easy. First turn spyglass then pass until naho has his turn and use the corresponding element

Stay stocked on spyglasses and run with demons with different elemental spells. All the mitamas spawn with only one weakness even if they are the same type of mitama and those weaknesses shuffle from fight to fight so you have to use the spyglass on each one of them to know their weakness and snipe it with the proper element. Also keep elemental shard items on you if you don't have the demons.

Mitamas also die to all mighty and attacks that ignore resistances like Odin's Gungnir but this applies only in the endgame.
