Do the mods for the Switch version work with the steam version by chance?

It would be strange if they did, a game made for a specific console is gonna have files that are different from the PC version.

While it does run on the same engine, they did so many changes to the game itself I doubt mods could be simply copy/pasted. Shouldn't be impossible nor hard to port some of them though. Just give it a bit of time.
