About quests in NG+

So I did all subquests in CoC, now doing CoV NG+ and want to ask about Subquest #24: Rite of Resurrection. It says I need the Winged Sun Crest to do it but I need to do Subquest #105: The Winged Sun again to get the crest, do I need to do like, the whole Egypt questline again up to The Winged Sun or can I just skip straight to The Winged Sun?

Because I remember reading somewhere that the game remembers all the quests you did in previous cycles, just wanted to make sure how it works since I don't wanna waste time unnecessarily doing quests I already did.

A couple things to answer

The Winged Sun Crest item is a key item for quests. Those don't get transferred between game cycles. The Winged Sun Crest is gotten from the Amon quest in Daat Ueno. The amon quest has different pre reqs in COV than it does in COC.

The game remembers the quests you did in previous cycles but new game cycles will have those quest be available. Mostly for you to adjust alignments and to reexperience stuff. If you did a True Nuetral Ending with the pre req questions, then you did a regular COC neutral ending, you will still be given the option to "destroy the thrown" or "create human world" even if you didn't do the Khonsu, Fionn, and Shiva quest that game cycle.

I see, so that means I can straight away talk to Amon to get the Winged Sun Crest right?
Edit: Ok, I looked it up and to unlock Amon's quest in CoV I just have to defeat Odin, Zeus and Vasuki to get their keys. Thanks for the info!
