The Succession of Ra quest
Does me letting Khonsu die and Miyazu becoming the next pharaoh affect the True Neutral ending? Like is the cutscene any different? How about if I *don't* let Khonsu die and allow Miyazu to die early 'cause of her illness? Any different cutscene or anything in the ending?

As far as I know, the choice after beating khonsu affects alignment. That choice only affects your ability to get the true ending if it spins you in either law or chaos. Check your alignment in Real Tokyo and then do some alignment quests to counteract if you aren't neutral.

There are no changes to end of game cutscenes.

Thank you very much!

Also for alignment, I have the last Primary choice which is after beating Odin and 3 of the Law/Chaos alignment subquests (Black Frost/Dionysus, Anansi/Onyankopon and Futsunushi/Adramelech). Is the Odin one before Empyrean? Gotta make sure I stay neutral to get Danu.

Remember that in CoC you can pick your alignment choice near the end of the game. You can always choose Neautral, Law, Chaos in CoC, even if you made different choices. It's only in CoV that you are forced to into your ending based on your alignment.

Yes I know that part. Just trying to stay neutral so I can get Danu with the seed of life.

The Odin choice is after you beat him in Taito and before you get to The Temple of Eternity. The Alignment Lock occurs when you go into the door behind Metaron. You can technically beat Metatron, leave and adjust your alignment before going to Empyrean.

no, you can kill or not khonsu, it won't matter. As long as you have triggered "Succession of RA quest" you are safe to choose eiither to kill him or not for true neutral ending

also there's additional dialogue if you have khonsu in your stock when you talk with Miyazu after you finish Succession of RA quest

but as stated above, if you seek to fight Danu, then if you choose to kill Khonsu then you will get many chaos points, otherwise if you let him do his final blow to himself, you will get law point, so make sure you get what point you needed
