Anyone know the exact point at which Gustave starts to sells grimoires?

've heard that he does so by the endgame, but I'd like to know what exactly that means.

I only remember seeing him selling grimoire after Taito. What do you mean to know what exactly that means? You use grimoire to increase your demons lv.

Sorry for not specifying. I meant that I've heard that he starts selling grimoires nearing the end of the game, yet I'm already at the Emperyean with no sight of them and therefore wanted to know whether I need to finish the dungeon first, reach a caretain floor or maybe wait up to before the final boss fight until they will be added to his stock.

I don't remember exactly when but since you're already at Empyrean and it's short try to reach the end of the map and check him again.
