Where is Idun?

Her questline is already completed of course.

Idun can't be obtained as a Navigator. Not sure what made you think that.
None of the navigators have such big models.

also haven't tried update yet but DLC content is often distributed through the building in the first area too, ask to see if there's anything else you can help with, maybe it needs to be enabled like that.

Idun at fairy village, at least check your map

talk to her then she will be recruitable at north shinagawa alongside pixie

There's also a new quest, though I don't think it's possible to do it when you are past being locked the chaos/law/neutral routes as you need to talk to Goko (Apparently in Taito Ward, no idea if it's bound to a specific playthrough or just progression locked)

Don't be a silly billy with a comment like that. the game has been out for quite some time and are still giving us updates. gives us a reason to go back to the game which is great - especially after 100% completion.

Edit: Ippon-Datara is a navigator in Vengeance pre-update and his model is a full size model.

This might sound scary to you, but the game was 100%able 2 years ago on the switch (also emulator)... Vengeance route and additional features being a FREE update ontop of the old 60 dollar game should have never happened!!!

Talk to lots of people, ensure all fairy village quests are done (already assuming you have saved her), go talk to her again and she should join you. She should be near the Valkyrie.

She is at the North Shinagawa Leyline fount which is east of the fairy village
