When to fight the final boss of Vengeance?

I play on Hard difficulty in Canon of Vengeance.
I already attempted the final boss once and saw that Tiamat is only level 84, but for Demifiend and such I'm supposed to be level 99. I don't want to be overleveled for the Tiamat fight.
Can I beat Tiamat at level 84, then return, go to level 99 and make demons with Inheritance Violation to fight Demifiend, or will I be sent to NG+ immediately after beating Tiamat?

Probably depends on route. But if you have chaos, there will be additional boss after. Also after Tiamat fight one additional superboss will unlock, which is needed to unlock godborn difficulty
