How to make use of Anansi & Onyankopon?
I have both in my party right now and I'm struggling to come up with a use for either of them. Onyankopon at least has abilities that could make for a really interesting build (making a tank also into a damage dealer) though weakness to phys is an issue. But I can't think of much use for Anansi, his stats really aren't that noteworthy and his signature move seems pretty useless since it wouldn't work on bosses (and only single targets, so it's not even good for trying to wipe groups of enemies like "Die for Me!" used to be).

Onyankopon is mostly a one trick wonder. At the most basic, he's a healer/buffer that pairs exceedingly well with Luminescent Mirage Nahobino, being able to give the Nahobino taunt and x2 Tarukaja without the Nahobino sacrificing a slot for Fierce Roar.

Anansi is largely pointless. His innate makes him an interesting Omagatoki: Luck activator for the far superior instant killers Matador/Abaddon, but only if you forgot to put High Restore on them. In his defense, he comes with fairly high base Luck and a much higher instant kill rate on his signature skill, making him more reliable than Matador if for some reason you aren't using Loa.

Anansi's unique skill also doesn't require the enemy to be weak against dark for it to instakill, so he's mildly useful for that if you dropped Matador. Though I think at the point you get Anansi you would be able to fuse White Rider anyways.
