Is the protagonist of the game a man or a woman?

I haven't been able to play it because of DENUVO but I have seen mods of supposed "female nobino" but I don't really know their gender

Modders decided to make a female version of this character because he's already very androgynous, with his face and long hair. If you look at his body, it's pretty clear that he's intended to be a man. I also just want to say that people very much HAVE made female conversion mods for persona 5. https://gamebanana.com/mods/440088

Additionally, everyone saying "Young Man" is because he is called this what feels like every sentence when the character with likely the most dialogue in the game speaks.

Based on your own "logic", the puppet Pinocchio is trans because someone did make a mod for "Lies of P". Hell - based on just someone creating something making the character trans, every single character succumbs to "Rule 63" of the internet.

Actually - not only that, but Kratos from God of War is trans too now thanks to your logic (there is a mod out there for Lady Kratos - think the modder even got someone to re-voice all the dialogue).
