I believe it is a mistranslation?
It says "While in active party, grants pierce effect and increase critical rate for all allies"

In practifce it ONLY works for the "attack" command and for none of the skills, what a disappointing skill tbh lol

yes the description is either wrong/inaccurate or it's not working as intended, it's a very underwhelming innate for a demon you can only fuse in NG++.

There are better and faster ways of autoing normal battles even then. So still useless.
