Elemental and physical pleroma

I was wondering if a physical elemental skill benefits from both the physical pleroma and the appropriate elemental one.
For exemple : does storm dracostrike is affected by elec pleroma AND physical pleroma ?

no, they are still elemental attacks only, just use str stat instead of magic stat.
