How can I get Lunar Hurricane for MC
I‘m at the end of my first playthrough and haven’t found this skill. Hope someone can help me.

have you not explored the whole maps in Da at? its in a new aogami essence, iirc the new additions were hidden behind magatsuhi rails that get shown by your navigator.

edit* it could also be a tsukuyomi essence, you get those in the tokyo diet building in the first area from a researcher

Yes just got. I believe once you make it to temple of eternity or probably after you get all three keys. Also got the next one 👍
