Given it looks like no one is suffering in the class shot, with Iso back to life, as well as the sick girl now looking quite so down and moving very energetically, their problems are solved.
For demons, that's a bit vaguer, but I think that's because the way demons 'live' isn't quite the same as we humans. They don't NEED to eat, for instance. They do, but they don't have to. So simply giving them their own corner of the world to exist in, and making them comfortable would be enough for 99% of them.
Basically, take it as red that you and Tao are trying to make everyone happy, and unlike the due from Persona 5 Royal, you're doing it by actually listening to their wants and prayers, and fulfilling their desires in ways that don't hurt others. As opposed to him who merely altered what people wanted in cases where he couldn't or wouldn't, creating the 'smiles painted on their souls' situation.
Basically, while there was some back and forth between them, one has become a force for making the world better, one has become a force for tearing it all down. There METHODS are slightly different than either expected, but they are not even partially crossing in their designs.
I was hoping I missed something or anything that would make it seem like Tsukuyomi is back somewhere and demons are not deleted. Just something to feel a little better considering most endings are bleak and that's expected in SMT but still..
Thank you
I sided with Yoko and got her ending I really enjoyed her. Plus the ending made it seem like the protagonist and Yoko are together etc. Why because you see Yoko and protagonist holding hands. Walking away into the abyss, plus if you do new game plus and you summon/have panagia Yoko with you. If you talk to her in the haunt one of her many dialogues basically has her tell the player that her and the protagonist are a couple. More specifically panagia Yoko says in new game plus "I want to stay by your side forever, so I came with you to this new world"
On to the whole Yoko and Tao. Yoko is Chaos and Tao is order, or that is how I seen it.
