How do you get Cherub?

I need him in order to fuse Lilith but I can figure out how to unlock him. Has anyone figured this out yet?

you just regulary fuse them.

Once you finish area 3 your lvl should be high enough i think. not a special unlock or anything.

You can recruit him from the 4th area, he's only accessible via a hidden magatsuhi rail location. It's around the area where you fight Trumpeter as part of the Demi-Fiend questline IIRC

The island north of the Taito: Umayabashi spawnpoint (Is it called a leypoint?). There is an island all the way at the end of the west side of the map, IT ISNT THAT ONE. Its slightly north and a little more east of that island,
