Respawn time for aogami essences

Does anyone know how long these take to respawn? I'm trying to get another copy of phys pleroma. I've literally just been running around the overworld collecting stuff for what seems like forever, but it still hasn't respawned lol

edit: it's aogami type-c that's acting weird, I just picked up type-7 and it respawed like 30 minutes later lol. but type-c still hasn't come back...

edit: it finally respawned lol. after what seems like 3-4 hours, wtf. thought my game was bugged for second

3-4 hours? how odd. for me they respawn after like 5-30 minutes. Maybe its respawn time is influenced in some weird way- like changing overworld areas

I was stuck on this for a bit for my last achievement - it *feels* like it's tied to how often you dig up items with your demon companion
