There are ways to make magic crit , but I can't recall them off the top of my head.
Always ran a phys Naho and doing so right now. Disgusting 191 STR 124 AGI Murakumo build critting Shiva for 5K + kind of build per move.
The problem with magic, to me, is it takes up too many slots. You need Enduring Soul as a safeguard, 2 elements and 2 boosters for those elements (Ideally High Pleroma), so that's 5 slots down, leaving you with three. You could have a third element and booster and use the last one for the revive chant but that's not really good for DPS.
Ionno.
I'm still trying to make it work and so far having Lahmu (Divine Decree: party magic with positive skill potential may crit) and Glasya-Labolas (Divined Fortune: ally with sukukaja x2 gets their crit rate raised) helps a bit but is still inconsistent.
Both Moonlight Frost and Heavenly Ikuyumi are so far the best choices for magical MC but picking only 1 for the boosters seems the best.
STR builds are more suited for crits IMO.
I will have to reload a previous save considering all the resources I ended up using to try and make that work.
Thank you for your input
