is my game bugged? am I stuck?

i'm stuck in Shinjuku with no clear way forward. is my game bugged? i go to the quest marker and nothing happens. where do i go from here? here's some screeenshots: https://imgur.com/a/bA9fWnm

dunno what to tell you, your objective tells you where to go. but its in the real world, not in the netherworld.

I went to the real world but nothing seems to trigger the next event. I don't know what to do now.

yeah i went there and i talked to everyone. nothing happens. the only main quest marker that shows on the map(s) is in shinjuku -yoyogi and nothing happens when i go to it

I can't really remember the quest, might need to visit back the area to jog my memory and unfortunately, i am working now, so unable to check it at the moment.

Just a thought, is there any level/floor on the marked area? It might be above or below you.

What was the last story related event you remember happening?

When you went to the real world did you visit Koshimizu in the Medical University?

Go to real world to gather info on the salt statue by talking to the NPC on real world map.
IIRC 2 of them will have clues relating to a fortune teller and crow appearing.
After that report to HQ, there should be new dialogue with the prime minister. Then proceed to Jozoji Temple to meet with Tao.

press T in the quest screen

you probably need to report back to koshimizu in the lab second floor
