Fusion accidents

Is there a hidden factor there or is completely rng?
I'm still trying to get Kinmamon but so far I didn't have luck

I tried in full moon with the miracle for accidents enabled but still no luck after so many tries

I had my first accident on a full moon after I did 21 fusions. I'm only aware of the chances rising on a full moon in this game. I got Legion.

I suppose that demon levels still play a role. I got my Kinmamon today after fusing random 55+ level demons during full moon. With lower level demons I got just random demons.

For Vengeance, i fused every demon up to level 50 and had 1 fusion accident in total, regardless of moon phase.
It's ultra rare while in SMT 3 it was more like 10% chance on full moon, now is 1%. Also my 2 runs on Switch it happened very rarely. I wonder if it's the same for other players, too.

Chance is super low but full moon increases the odds and if it works like it did in SMT IV then to get the maximum chance your fusion material should be 1 dead demon and 1 foul demon.

They added a new miracle. Get it. On a full moon it'll be like 1 in 3 or 1 in 5 fuses are fusion accidents and multiple times i've had 3 fusion accidents in a row with this miracle. MULTIPLE times... Which is good because there's some really powerful fusion accident only demons this time around.

Ironically, I got a fusion accident after creating 5 new demons, during the Full Moon phase. I completely forgot to get the Miracle that helps this, so I guess it's just beginner's luck on my part.

I got it once so far. Just try to fuse whenever you can and maybe it helps to do continuous fusions. It happened to me when I fused 3 in a row

Literally just use the new miracle, you should have it within area 2 i think. It greatly increases chance of fusion accidents and you’ll get multiples in a row even not on full moon with it.

Full moon + mutation miracle. Fuse the demons around the level of the accident demon you want so you don't get them instead, except the one demon you want to accident on. Then you're pretty much stuck save-scumming.
