Agathion Navigator disappeared?

After I got the Agathion Navigator, I ended up having to do the quest with the Jack'o Lantern replacing them for a while. I've finished that whole thing, but Agathion's nowhere to be found - I've checked every map I've unlocked thus far, turned off all icons besides Navigator icons, no dice.

Any idea what could be happening? Just a glitch, etc.? Reloading doesn't seem to fix it, hoping I'm just missing something.

Any nudges on how I can get them back, let me know! They were my favorite Navigator thus far :c

He SHOULD be next to Konan 3rd block in Shinagawa.

I got him replaced by Jack as well, Aga is still there though.
(Did take me a bit to realize that though).

THANK YOU! I don't know if I had a weird display glitch where he wasn't showing up on the map, but honestly, I'm just convinced I managed to skim over him when looking for him on the map all those times.

He's there for me now regardless of what happened, so thank you so much!

Better remember where he is as your navigator will be replaced by temporary ones yet again as you progress the story.

The navigators should really just hang out in the Haunt or something. Having to remember where they're located and going there to get them is kind of obnoxious.
