Hecate is not in 5, but is a demon that carried me through three SMT games. Was one of my high-investment demons in Imagine, got a P2 Hecate on a free account in Dx2, and was my longest-running ally in DeSu because Hecate's incredibly strong for a lv47 and can stick around for boss stunlocks in an all-Tyrant setup.

I don't think I could pick a singular one as a favorite. I do hope Terminator comes back someday though.

Tough call - Megatr... er Metatron is pretty sick, but I do have a soft-spot for White Rider, as I the horse design is gold. Like the others are normal red/white/black horses, and then this MFer shows up like "I see..., so the theme was colors today"

Honorable mention would be Beelzebub as I always liked the idea of a terrifying insect man being a devil (and at least in SMT:Nocturne - his special Mudo attack was really neat, with the flies surrounding the enemy).
