Am i the only person that sold their SMT V switch copy and then bought Vengeance?

1. I payed 60 for SMT V + 50 for SMT VV, then sold SMT V for 20, so it cost me 90 in total.
2. For 90 bucks i now get 1,5 games in one (as Vengeance is only 50% new campaign+QoL).
3. New AAA games cost 60-70 bucks so 1,5 games would be 90-105 if you get my way of calculating. If you'd buy both games on sale, you'd be even better off.

To me that's far from ripping people off. Yes, DLC would be great, but Atlus almost never does this. We can be angry at that every time they do it or just vote with our wallets. It's our choice. Also, japanese devs rarely bother with english forums, so why bother.

Atlus has been doing this for decades man.

They've even done this with main line smt, soul hackers and persona.
And since the 3DS era with SMT4 they've always been doing day 1 DLC with every single new game or remaster or remake of their games.

With SMT being my go to JRPG I enjoy going through these games again and even taking alt story paths.

Yeah it's scummy to squeeze more money out of us but personally I don't mind it for SMT games since I want atlus to make more SMT games and I enjoy the extra missions or extra dungeons for more super bosses.

as for EXP n money DLC I think it's just best to use those if you're fusing demons but you want one of your demons to learn this or that skill asap before you migrate that skill to another demon or if you wanna buy a archived demon so you can use it for fusion without having to waste hours to grind money or levels or grind that one spot hoping for a mitama spawn which is rare.
