If I already have SMT5, why get this?

Like...is it a definitive edition or something? I'm sorry but their marketing or whatever is doing a poor job. I can't, at least a glance figure out if this is a sequel, a part 2, a definitive edition? Or what..

And I have SMT5 on Switch with all the DLCs, so im not sure why would spend $70 for mostly the same game? Or is it a completely new game? I dunno I'm honestly confused. And reading the product page makes it seem like it's a new game, but it isn't ?
