since the extra demons(i count mitamas here) are likely sold by themself as well(since the mitama/other dlc being standalone buyable on switch) so i assume that the deluxe version is cheaper in the sense of "getting all content"
to give that context.
so it could be 1-2 euro/dollar cheaper to buy basic version if you skip mitama(for waht thats worth)
If you don't plan on fusing every monster anyways, then there's little point in buying more of them, i think it's more important for completionists like me.
iirc, you can disable dlc separately on other games, so i go for deluxe and enable the demons but disable that boost stuff if at all possible.
You can't really compare SMT with the spinoff Persona. SMT is imo a whole lot darker and have overall better stories, now persona is still alot of fun..
