Ive gone into steam microphone settings again & everything still doesnt work. This is the only game where the mic is bugged so might just need to wait for update I guess

I had the same problem. I had to close any application that used my mic and restart steam+game. After I joined the server it worked. You can restart Discord/TS after you joined

I ended up changing my mic used in Steam > Friends > View Friends > Settings (Cog Icon next to your name) > Voice

Same issue here. Changing my mic from System Default to a specific microphone in Steam Friends didn't seem to solve it for me unfortunately.

It turns out for me that Reforger was using my disconnected and powered off Meta Quest 2 as its input device. I went into Windows Sound Settings and changed the default input device to my microphone and this fixed the issue.

For anyone else with multiple input devices - setting your desired microphone as the default Windows Input Device may help.

mines not working either my headphones work but i want to use my xbox one kinect microphone which is usb but that is not working it works for discord and everything but not for arma reforger it dont make sense

hi guys got the same problem ive fixed it

ive opened my windows sound options and have deactivated any other input or output devices like my monitor my oculus headset etc that just my logitech headset was left and now it works
